The following are Tamara’s recommendations for boosting our immune systems and empowering ourselves against viruses and infections.

 

General Recommendations

#1 — Maintain your acupuncture routine!

Be sure to:

  • Wear a scarf to protect your neck from wind and cold
  • Get proper sleep
  • Drink plenty of water (room temp or warm) – this keeps your lungs moist & healthy
  • Eat clean! Fresh seasonal foods are best
    • No sugar (it lowers your immune response)
