Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

Benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine

At Tamara TCM, we specialize in holistic health solutions through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our treatments range from acupuncture to natural herbal remedies, aiming to restore the balance of Qi in your body.

By focusing on the root causes of health issues rather than just treating symptoms, we offer a comprehensive approach to well-being. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, stress, or looking to enhance your overall health, Traditional Chinese Medicine provides a time-tested pathway to achieve your wellness goals.

How Stressors Affect the Flow of Qi

Different stressors can disrupt the natural flow of Qi through your meridians, affecting your overall well-being. Our personalized holistic care aims to identify and alleviate these blockages, restoring your body’s self-healing abilities.

From emotional stress and poor diet to environmental factors, various elements can impede Qi flow. By addressing these specific stressors, we can help optimize your energy levels and improve your overall health.

Diagnosing the Quality of Your Qi

Our practitioners use a variety of diagnostic techniques, from pulse diagnosis to physical examination, to evaluate the quality, quantity, and balance of Qi in your body.

These assessments provide a holistic view of your health, allowing us to tailor treatments that are uniquely suited to your needs. By understanding the nuances of your Qi, we can more effectively target imbalances and promote natural healing.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE TREATMENT FAQS

Different stresses affect meridians and organ systems in a different way, affecting the quality and disrupting the flow of Qi. If a garden hose is blocked, it can not provide an adequate supply of water to a plant. Eventually, the plant will be unable to grow, blossom, and thrive. Likewise, a blockage in the meridians will restrict the supply of Qi required to nourish and support the cells, tissues, muscles, organs, and glands.

When there is an imbalance or blockage in the flow of Qi, symptoms associated with the condition may appear. Over time, the body as a whole becomes weakened, unbalanced, and its self-healing abilities are compromised. Eventually, it becomes susceptible to pain, disease, stress, anxiety and poor health. That is where we come in. Utilizing TCM Treatments we help your body bring back the balance, strength, and self-healing abilities.

At Tamara TCM our practitioners have developed keen diagnostic skills that allow us to effectively evaluate the quality, quantity, and balance of Qi flowing within your body.

Diagnosis may involve four main techniques. 1. Pulse diagnosis – over 26 subtle variations in the quality of the pulse are felt at six different positions on each of your wrists. 2. Looking – A person’s appearance, demeanor and tone of voice, as well as the color, shape and size of the tongue, provide your practitioner with vital clues about your internal health. 3. Asking – By asking questions, information is gathered about past medical history, present health, lifestyle, and emotional state. 4. Physical examination – Palpation of specific areas and points can reveal imbalances in the body.
